Personalized to You: Sessions are tailored to your pressure preferences and focus areas to bring lasting relief. IMPORTANT NOTE: All services are performed by a licensed massage therapist. No additional cost for varied pressure. Massage therapy is NOT a substitute for medical care--please consult your doctor if you have health concerns. All mobile services require a safe, quiet space and accessible parking. Travel fees may apply based on location. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but go toward your total balance.
Cancellation Policy
At Nexus Wellness Studios, I value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, I have the following policies in place: Booking Deposit A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book any service. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that life happens! However, to respect my time, and other clients: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge for the full cost of the service. - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service. - If you cancel or no-show, you must pay for your missed service in full before booking another appointment.
